Exchange Policy

At Aperture Store, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please read our policy carefully.

1. Exchange Request Timeline

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

  • If 3 days have passed since delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange.

You can request an exchange in either of the following ways:

  2. Call or WhatsApp us with your Order Number at:

(We respond only during working hours.)


2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

  • It must be in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

⚠️ Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.

⚠️ Minor color variations (up to 10%) due to different monitor settings will not be considered a defect or valid reason for exchange.


3. Exchange Process

  • Once we receive your exchange request, we will arrange a Reverse Pickup.

  • After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Once approved, we will process the exchange.

⏳ The entire process may take 7–15 working days.

If Reverse Pickup is not available at your location:

  • You will need to courier the product to us within 3 days of exchange approval.


4. Exchange Charges

  • A fee of ₹90 per product (inclusive of GST) will be deducted for all exchanges, irrespective of the reason.


5. Sale Items

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for exchange.


6. Shipping the Product Back
